No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, all items purchased from Mylia Care are final sale. For hygiene and safety reasons, no returns or exchanges are accepted once the product has been opened or delivered.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will assess the issue and do our best to offer an appropriate solution.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
All cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances, whether used or unused, for hygiene and safety reasons.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK & EU Consumers)
UK & EU customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days for any reason.
However, due to hygiene regulations, cosmetic products cannot be returned, even within this cooling-off period, once they have been shipped.

Refunds
If an error is made on our part (defective item or wrong product sent), we will notify you once your claim has been reviewed.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 working days.

If more than 15 working days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us through our Contact Us page.
