Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (“T&Cs”) govern the contractual relationship between:

Mylia Care, operated by Mylia as a sole trader, based in France (hereinafter referred to as “the Seller”),

and

Any individual or legal entity making a purchase via the website myliacare.com (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”).


2. Products

The cosmetic products offered for sale are new, available while stocks last, and described as accurately as possible (photos, textures, ingredients, characteristics, etc.).
Minor differences may exist between product images and the actual product due to lighting or screen display variations.


3. Prices

Prices are displayed in their local currency (GBP or EUR depending on region), including applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery fees are not included and will be shown before order confirmation.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time.
However, the price charged is the one displayed at the time the order is placed.


4. Orders

The Customer selects products, adds them to the basket, and completes the checkout process.
Before payment, the Customer must verify the accuracy of their order.

Final payment constitutes full acceptance of these T&Cs.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order in case of:

  • prior unresolved disputes

  • invalid shipping address

  • suspicion of fraud or misuse


5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of ordering. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)

  • PayPal

  • Other payment solutions offered on the Site

The Seller never has access to the Customer’s banking information.


6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer.
Estimated delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy, which can be consulted at any time.

In case of abnormal delay, the Customer may request cancellation and refund.
The Seller cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier or customs.


7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations (EU/UK), the Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.

However, due to hygiene and safety regulations, cosmetic products cannot be returned once shipped.

8. Claims and Legal Warranties

Products benefit from the following legal guarantees:

  • Warranty of conformity

  • Warranty against hidden defects

If a product is defective or non-compliant, the Customer must contact customer service at the email provided on the Site, including a photo and description of the issue.


9. Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for damage arising from:

  • improper use of the products

  • failure to follow instructions

  • transport-related issues

In all cases, the Seller’s liability is limited to the amount of the order.


10. Personal Data

Personal data collected as part of an order is processed in accordance with the UK GDPR / EU GDPR.
The Customer has rights of access, rectification, deletion, and objection.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on myliacare.com (text, images, videos, logo, branding, design) is protected by intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction or use, in full or in part, without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.


12. Applicable Law – Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in France.
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
Failing that, jurisdiction lies exclusively with the Commercial Court of Saint-Denis, La Réunion, unless mandatory consumer protection rules specify otherwise.
