1. Order Processing Time

All orders placed on our Site require up to 3 business days for processing before dispatch.
This timeframe is necessary for payment verification and standard security checks.

Please note:

  • The processing time begins once your payment has been successfully validated.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected.
Estimated delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 3 to 30 business days depending on your region

These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Mylia Care is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Zones

We currently ship to the following regions:

  • Europe

  • USA

  • French Overseas Departments & Territories (DROM-COM)

If your shipping address is outside our delivery zones, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (when available).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Your delivery address

  • The weight and/or volume of your parcel

All shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your order.


6. Delivery Issues

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete.
Mylia Care is not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt (or expected receipt).
We will liaise with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimated.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs controls, carrier issues, or external factors beyond our control.
