This timeframe is necessary for payment verification and standard security checks.

2. Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected.

If your shipping address is outside our delivery zones, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number (when available).
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear on the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on:

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of receipt (or expected receipt).
We will liaise with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
